Job description

Product Sales Engineer
The Opportunity:
Support the growth of new and emerging AI and cybersecurity products by identifying, qualifying, and advancing sales opportunities across federal, state, and local government customers. Work closely with product, engineering, and business development teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, support pipeline and capture efforts, and contribute to revenue growth. Build and manage customer relationships, develop pipelines, and assist in proposal and go-to-market activities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical account management, or enterprise technology sales supporting federal, DoD, IC, or large enterprise customers
  • Experience driving growth of enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, observability, or infrastructure platforms through license expansion, renewals, and new customer acquisition
  • Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas and growing customer adoption through software licensing, subscriptions, enterprise agreements, or consumption-based offerings
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities, building pipelines, and partnering with account teams to drive revenue growth through product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical workshops, and executive briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience developing account growth strategies, whitespace analyses, and cross-sell or upsell motions across existing customer portfolios
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, observability, Zero Trust, or enterprise software technologies
  • Ability to work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer requirements with product roadmaps and solution capabilities
  • Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 20% of the time to support customer engagements, demonstrations, conferences, and field activities
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience contributing to proposals, RFP responses, or capture activities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
