Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
  • Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • ACLS certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • PALS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR required
  • Permanent residence must be located 50 or more miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency environment
  • Strong critical thinking and rapid clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly within a travel or temporary assignment setting
