Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
  • Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
  • Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
  • Apply independent and supervisory discretion in clinical decision-making within a telemetry setting
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
  • AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
  • EPIC EMR experience required
  • Availability for night shift only (36 hours per week); holiday RTO will not be approved
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Prior acute care facility experience
