Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN-PRN to join Village Caregiving: Eau Claire office. This position offers flexible hours at a compensation of $60 per hour. 

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs in person and develop care plans for care staff to follow
  • Maintain patient assessments in online charting database
  • Communicate with Eau Claire office remotely for updates and guidance
  • Job has a case management aspect
  • Travel up to one hour to assess patients in their homes
Requirements
  • Active RN license in Wisconsin
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
