The Senior Power Platform Developer must be able to meet the key criteria below:
Location: 100% remote. This is a United States based position, and candidates must reside in the continental United States to be eligible for employment.
Years' Experience: 7+ years professional development experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT related field
Security Clearance: IBR is a federal contractor. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain up to a Secret security clearance.
NOTE: United States Citizenship is required as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance.

Work Schedules: IBR promotes work-life balance by offering flexible scheduling options. Standard business hours are aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Skills:
  • Office 365 Development experience and designing in Microsoft Power Platform Services that includes PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online Site Administration for MS Online
  • Microsoft related certification preferred
  • CompTIA Security+ certification preferred

Position Overview
As a Power Platform Developer at IBR, you will provide support to several SharePoint clients. Although this position will work closely with IT teams to resolve complex issues related to SharePoint environments, the candidate must be able to work autonomously and independently to resolve complex development issues. The desired candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in SharePoint and the Power BI Platform and you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Power Platform based capabilities, and SharePoint implementations (intranet, extranet, and Internet) in development, test, and production environments both internal to IBR as well as to our external clients/contracts.
Responsibilities
  • Support to corporate IBR corporate and program initiatives
  • Develop, customize, implement, and maintain current MS SharePoint environments.
  • Develop, customize, implement, and maintain current MS Power Platform Services (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Power BI).
  • Design, develop and manage Power Automate workflows, lists, permissions, views and SharePoint solutions, Teams, and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Design and deploy custom Company-facing web sites built on the SharePoint platform.
  • Develop and administer collaborative solutions designed to manage information, streamline business processes, simplify reporting, and gather information.
  • SharePoint Online Site Administration including building sites and pages, modifying, and deleting sites, managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, User groups, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform Services.
  • Design, testing, and deployment of MS applications.
  • Ensure all cybersecurity best practices are applied to Power App and SharePoint based applications and information systems.
  • Provide support for system components such as:
    • MS Access DB administration
    • Active Directory account and group policy management
  • Provide support for MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform Services to co-workers and team members.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology.
  • Respond to customer or team feedback quickly.
  • Create and maintain documentation.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT manager.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with SharePoint MS Online as well as experience with additional Power Platform experience in PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain up to a Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SharePoint Online Site Administration including building sites and pages, modifying, and deleting sites, managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, User groups, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance)
  • Knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and document libraries.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture.
  • Proficient with configuring and implementing Power Automate.
  • Proficient in Power BI implementation of metrics and dashboards.
  • Strong proficiency in developing PowerApps.
  • Solid understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Forms.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to learn and understand new technologies associated with SharePoint and O365 products.
  • Must be able to work independently to resolve complex technical requirements.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 USD annually. This is a good-faith estimate and not a salary guarantee as compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, associated role responsibilities, applicable contractual requirements, and geographic location.
