Description
Summary: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of field operations by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
  1. Performs weekly service on contracts.*
  2. Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.*
  3. Completes quality control punch list.*
  4. Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation.*
  5. Installs winter covers.
  6. Performs other duties as needed or requested.

Town & Country Pools is looking for Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our fantastic team. No experience? No problem! We provide full training. If you do have experience, that's a plus-but not required!

About the Role
As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained. No experience is required-we will train you! If you enjoy working outdoors, being active, and take pride in a job well done, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday-Friday, some Saturdays required during peak season
  • Hands-on work with power tools, gas-powered machines, and hand tools
  • Outdoor work in different weather conditions
