Job description

Job Summary:
Supports end-to-end contract administration for aerospace programs, including reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with proposals and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts, NDAs, and purchase orders; draft basic documents

  • Manage contract updates, records, and ERP/customer portals

  • Support compliance (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and audits

  • Assist with proposals, pricing coordination, and negotiations

  • Track contract performance, deliverables, and closeouts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business/Finance/Supply Chain or related

  • 3-7 years contract administration experience (aerospace/defense preferred)

  • Strong organization and MS Office/ERP skills

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing or DoD/NASA experience
