Job Title: OSINT Collector Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking for an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collector to support a new multi-Intelligence Emerging and Disruptive Biological Effects collection team in Reston, Virginia. Responsibilities: * Conducts open-source intelligence collection of publicly available information on Emerging and Disruptive Technology, biosafety, and biosecurity
* Identifies trends, protocols, and relationships that provide insight into worldwide biosafety and biosecurity topics
* Identifies publicly and commercially available data sources of biodefense related data for ingest into MARS
* Consolidate findings into written reports
* Collaborate with collectors from other intelligence disciplines and analysts Qualifications: Required: * Current TS/SCI
* Current Polygraph or willingness to complete one
* Any OSINT Certification
* Experience conducting Open-Source Collection using SILO and/or Bluestone Dark Pursuit or other tools Desired: * Experience conducting OSINT supporting DIA
* DLPT 2/2 in Mandarin Chinese
* Min 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of that experience in the last 2 years.
