The Role

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our P&H Milling team. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Mill leadership team and staff in all aspects of our operations

Day to Day
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure seamless site operation
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee training schedules
  • Support workplace Health & Safety by assisting site leadership with their implementation of Health & Safety Programs
  • Organize internal events, engagement activities, and social committee initiatives.
  • Oversee mail, couriers, office supplies, and user access for new hires and terminations.
  • Contribute to workplace safety by helping implement and track health & safety programs.
  • Help administer eCompliance and iLobby platforms, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Track and report key safety and training metrics (KPIs).
  • Manage PPE inventory, supplies, and employee records with confidentiality.
  • Support cross-functional teams with a wide range of administrative tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations support, ideally in food manufacturing or a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating administrative systems and tools.
  • Willingness to occasionally enter production areas (Mill/Warehouse) to support operations.
