Job Title: INSERT PROFESSION ACRONYM: RN

Pay Range: $80.75/hour (weekly pay not specified—discuss with recruiter)
Schedule: 40 Hours per week 07:00-15:00 (8-hour days)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a RN

  • Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Home Health

  • Qualified applicants MUST have valid RN license and experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems

  • Be willing to obtain North Carolina licensure

  • Valid RN license

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a Clinical setting, you’ll support patients receiving care in their home environment while partnering with the care team to deliver safe, consistent outcomes.

  • Provide quality skilled nursing care as an RN for Home Health patients, supporting patient needs from intake through ongoing visits.

  • Document and assess patient care using OASIS requirements and Homecare Homebase EMR workflows to ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using common Home Health processes such as care coordination, patient education, and ongoing assessment.
