The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes
  • Apply engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects
  • Develop specialized expertise in Salesforce technologies while leveraging existing technical skills
  • Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem-prior Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values knowledge sharing

What is a Must Have?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
  • 2 additional years of software engineering experience.
