Position Summary:

As a Player Services Representative, you will provide exceptional guest service while processing various monetary transactions, including cashing out chips, redeeming vouchers, and handling currency exchanges.


Earn up to $20-$30 per hour (base wage plus tips). Tips vary by location and will fluctuate.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service to both internal and external guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at the casino cage.
  • Perform accurate and efficient monetary transactions, including cashing out chips, redeeming valid gaming vouchers, and exchanging currency.
  • Count and verify cash amounts with precision, adhering to established procedures to prevent errors.
  • Process various types of vouchers, ensuring proper validation and accurate redemption.
  • Cash checks for guests, following established protocols and verifying identification and eligibility.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions to minimize discrepancies and errors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including balancing and reconciling cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Assist guests with inquiries related to financial transactions, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow cage cashiers, supervisors, and other casino team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing the casino positively.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new procedures and regulations.

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cash handling, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using cash registers, calculators, and computer software for data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
