Job Title: Merchandise Planner / Assortment Planner

Location: WHQ (Onsite, 4 days onsite / 1 day hybrid)

Duration: 6-Month Contract


About the role:

We are seeking an experienced merchandising professional with 5+ years of experience in assortment planning, consumer insights, marketplace analysis, and product merchandising.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute assortment plans to drive growth and marketplace differentiation.

• Partner with Product, Merchandising, and Sales teams on product selection and allocation.

• Support pricing, distribution, and product flow decisions.

• Analyze consumer and market trends to optimize assortments.

• Ensure successful Go-To-Market execution and retail readiness.


Requirements:

• 5+ years of merchandising experience.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Experience in assortment planning, category management, or retail merchandising.

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.


Preferred:

• Apparel, footwear, sporting goods, or retail experience.

• Nike, AV, or in-store retail experience.
