Job description

Device Testing & Logistics Technician
Location: Whitestown, IN
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $21–$23/hr


We are hiring Device Testing & Logistics Technicians to support mobile device testing, inspection, grading, and reverse logistics operations in Whitestown, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, inventory experience, and comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.


Responsibilities

  • Test, inspect, and grade mobile devices according to established quality standards
  • Support reverse logistics processes for returned or recycled devices
  • Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track, move, and document devices
  • Accurately record device conditions, testing results, and inventory updates
  • Identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies during inspection
  • Follow process guidelines to ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily production goals


Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile device testing, inspection, grading, or electronics handling preferred
  • RF scanner experience preferred
  • Inventory system experience preferred
  • Oracle experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and documentation requirements
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Comfortable handling and inspecting mobile devices throughout the shift
