Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Writer to join client's Integrated Marketing team. This role will develop compelling, brand-aligned messaging across advertising, digital campaigns, web content, executive communications, and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of marketing writing experience, strong brand and editorial instincts, and the ability to translate complex B2B technology concepts into clear, engaging, audience-focused messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling copy for digital advertising, social campaigns, display, OOH, paid media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create and refine campaign messaging frameworks aligned with brand positioning, strategy, voice, and target audiences.
  • Write short- to medium-form content including web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and product marketing content.
  • Support executive and strategic communications through presentations, talking points, internal communications, and external messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, campaign managers, and subject matter experts to develop effective and credible content.
  • Participate in creative reviews, respond to feedback, manage multiple workstreams, and consistently deliver high-quality copy within deadlines.
Must-have Skills:
  • 7+ years of professional marketing writing/copywriting experience with a portfolio demonstrating advertising, campaign, and content writing.
  • Proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting messaging for different audiences, formats, and channels.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical or specialized B2B concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging marketing language.
  • Strong understanding of brand messaging, copy strategy, editorial quality, clarity, and audience engagement.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience writing for enterprise technology, hardware, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, or B2B technology companies.
  • Agency experience or prior contract/consulting experience working in fast-paced creative environments.
  • Experience with brand positioning and translating marketing strategy into creative copy direction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative, product marketing, digital, and campaign teams in an integrated marketing environment.
