Role Summary

Rivian is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to support our Operations functions. You will partner with business stakeholders across Operations to grow and build high-performing, diverse teams, provide strong positive candidate experiences from beginning to end through open and timely communication, setting clear expectations, and accurately matching candidates’ skill sets to the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic thought partner to various stakeholders across multiple teams (Finance & Accounting, Legal, Facilities, HR, etc.) regarding all aspects of talent advisement, acquisition, and retention
  • Provides recommendations to Hiring Managers regarding hiring best practices, internal and external talent markets, and historical hiring, so they make the best decisions regarding level, role, experience, etc.
  • Develops and executes sourcing strategies
  • Understands assigned function, market, and competition to provide insights to business stakeholders and effectively inform candidates
  • Uses data to advise strategy and make improvements to hiring plans and processes
  • Commits to driving continuous improvement of global and local diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts
  • Delivers a great candidate experience by identifying candidate motivators to ensure alignment between candidate and role/team
  • Collaborates with hiring team by providing candidate insights to ensure they cover key points, address concerns, and focus on motivators
  • Maintains strong business acumen by attending business reviews and staying up to date on the business(es) supported and incorporating into their daily practice
  • Understands and operates in compliance with relevant employment laws, Rivian policies, and practices

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred, in house experience highly preferred
  • Experience managing pipelines at multiple levels from early career professionals to senior management
  • Direct experience supporting multiple functional groups with ability to pivot between multiple skill sets and drive strong partnership at multiple levels of the business
  • Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Strong command of Recruiting KPIs, data and reporting methods

Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this role is $40 - $45 an hour for Illinois Or Georgia based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
