In this role, you will provide advanced vocational nursing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex medical or behavioral needs. Duties
  • Direct Clinical Care: Deliver expert nursing interventions, including precise medication administration and specialized treatments.

  • Health Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye on resident wellness, providing ongoing monitoring to ensure stability and comfort.

  • Empowering Education: Educate residents on their medications and personalized care plans to promote autonomy and health.

  • Meticulous Documentation: Ensure all care is recorded with accuracy and timeliness, utilizing computer-based data entry systems (full training provided).

  • Quality Compliance: Champion excellence by adhering to all regulatory standards, including ICF-IID, DSSLC, and HHSC guidelines.
