The work is equal parts strategy and craft: taking master messaging frameworks and translating them into polished, market-specific content across every buyer touchpoint. Execution runs through ourMarTechteam, soyouโ€™llwork closely with a technical counterpart who handles platform infrastructure and performance data. Your job isthe strategyandthe words.

The ideal candidate brings equalpartsstrategic thinking and strong writing, with experience in B2B, marketplace, or experiential/event lifecycle programs and a genuine curiosity about what makes buyers act.

WhatYouโ€™llDo

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop content frameworks and communication hierarchies that reflect buyer needs at each stage of the journey.
  • Define the right message, audience segment, and moment for each lifecycle touchpoint, then brief theMarTechteam on execution.
  • Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to translate segmentation data and behavior signals into relevant, timelymessaging.

  • Own A/B test strategy for lifecycle communications: define the hypothesis, develop copy variants, and brief theMarTechteam on execution. Use results to refine messaging on an ongoing basis.
  • Use campaign performance data toassess messagingeffectiveness and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Identifygaps in the buyer communication journey and develop proposals for new lifecycle initiatives.
