Job description

Join Amrize as a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager and help construct what's next. If you're ready to put your skills to work on projects that matter - and build a career with a company that's building North America - we want to hear from you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention efforts. This role is built for a CRM expert who lives and breathes lead lifecycle management. You will be responsible for building the bridge between marketing curiosity and sales conversion by leveraging Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to create sophisticated, automated customer journeys.
The ideal candidate doesn't just "send emails", they build ecosystems for long-term impact. You will define how we identify high-value prospects, how we nurture them through the funnel, and how we measure success at every touchpoint.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Lead Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects.
  • CRM Management (Salesforce): Act as the marketing lead for our Salesforce instance. Oversee data hygiene, lead routing rules, and the integration between sales and marketing activities.
  • Marketing Automation (Marketing Cloud): Design, build, and deploy automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and cross-selling. Optimize platform capabilities for segmentation, personalization and performance.
  • Campaign Execution & Schedule Management: Manage the cross-market email marketing calendar for customer and prospect communications. Oversee campaign development, scheduling, QA, launch, and mobile optimization.
  • Lead Scoring & Optimization: Develop and refine our lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent prospects, ensuring the Sales team focuses their energy on the most impactful leads.
  • Lead Nurturing: Create personalized, high-touch nurturing workflows that move leads from awareness to conversion.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, email engagement metrics, and overall ROI of lifecycle campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our cement and ACM commercial organizations, IT commercial teams, marketing and enterprise teams to align messaging and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience
Required Work Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B or high-growth B2C marketing, with at least 2 years in a CRM lead role.
  • Proven ability to map out a customer journey from first touch to final sale.
  • Deep understanding of lead scoring logic, behavioral triggers, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • You enjoy "nerding out" on data. You use metrics to tell a story and justify budget spend or tactical shifts.
  • Exceptional writing skills for crafting compelling nurture copy and the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
  • Ability to set strategic and campaign-level KPIs, develop and implement performance measurement tools, understanding of and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot/Marketing Cloud is required. Experience with automation platforms like Zapier is a plus. Certification (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant) is a major plus.
Travel Requirements: 25-40%
Additional Requirements:
  • Position is in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment that requires problem solving, analytical and verbal/written communication skills, so an ideal candidate will have strong experience leading both strategic development and tactical execution.
  • Strong understanding of deliverability best practices and campaign performance optimization.
  • Strong project management experience with complex, multi-step programs, multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and equal ability to work collaboratively with a team, cross-functionally, and with senior leadership
  • Comfort in leveraging analytics and performance metrics and provide guidance to the team to make decisions
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
