  • Drone capture (if desired/certified).
  • Video and audio editing (including creative decision-making) generally using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe Audition.
  • Maintain organized file structures, shared documents, and project spaces.
  • Research and recommend procedures for video production.
Multimedia Development for eLearning (~50% of role):
  • Help develop learning solutions (eLearning, gamifications, animation) in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, using a combination of media and interactable content to maximize engagement.
  • Follow up with team members and subject matter experts to gather task updates and monitor deadlines.
  • Support the Online Leaning Director and Project Manager with scheduling and task prioritization.
  • Use effective time management to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Desired Education:
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred, and/or relevant experience pertaining to the field.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Addis Enterprises is proud to be a debt-free company with established long-term partnerships and an excellent reputation. We have clients in multiple countries and twenty states and are entrusted with several multi-year preferred vendor contracts. Our team members have won more than one hundred fifty local and national awards in categories as diverse as print and digital campaigns, web development, 2D/3D animation, logo design, video production, photography, music composition, and social media marketing.
