Senior Business Analyst (Systems Analyst) - Long-Term Contract - McLean, VA
We are seeking a Senior Business/Systems Analyst to manage data and reporting requests, act as a bridge between business and technology teams, and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves standardizing data definitions, maintaining report inventory, and leveraging data analysis expertise to evaluate program performance. The ideal candidate will proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic innovations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage data and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to translate business needs into system and data requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training and supporting materials related to data reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Standardize data definitions and maintain a comprehensive report inventory.
  • Analyze linked data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the development and delivery of reports, evaluate program performance and drive data-driven optimizations.
  • Proactively monitor trends and emerging technologies to assess their business impact and recommend innovations.
