Job Description
The Inventory Analyst at Arvato is responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers. Provide the customer with the requested information. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel. Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.
YOUR TASKS
  • Responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems.
  • Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
  • You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance regarding inventory issues, prepare and provide the following on a daily and weekly basis: reporting and documentation relevant to inventory and productivity.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity, resolving variances, coordinating inventory transactions across systems, monitoring inbound and outbound components, and completing audit documentation.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • SAP or other WMS experience.
  • 2+ Years in a warehouse environment - prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Inventory control documentation, which includes creating new procedures as well as reviewing approved procedures.
  • Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
  • Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information assets as per the company's incident reporting process.
  • Process personal data, client data, and employer business-specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines, and federal and state requirements.
