Job description

Job Title: Site Logistics Coordinator

Location: Reno, NV

Work Setting: Onsite

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Engagement: Contract 12 Months+

Number of Openings: 3

Role Overview

WWT is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator to support data center operations for a WWT customer. This role focuses on the physical and systematic coordination of deliveries, inventory, shipments, and materials management within the data center environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operations setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries in the data center both physically and systematically including:
    • Receiving devices and consumables
    • Ensuring materials are secured and stored appropriately at time of delivery
  • Expedite shipments and perform ad-hoc physical material verification through warehouses.
  • Maintain and organize storage areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Create physical project pallets as needed.
  • Pull, prep, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites and warehouses.
  • Support and appropriately escalate emergent DC Ops material requests and other urgent matters.
  • Perform inventory accuracy activities, including:
    • Weekly inventory scans (devices)
    • Cycle counts within the inventory system per ABC analysis schedule
    • Onsite and warehouse discrepancy deep dives
  • Manage physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) processes, including:
    • RTS rack transactions
    • Post-project unused material RTS
