About the Team

Join the Evisort AI team at Workday, which powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday's CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings. powering Workday's CLM and Contract Intelligence Offerings. Our mission is to change the way business deals get done.
We build ground breaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal-making process from drafting, negotiating, reviewing, approving, or managing the contracts happen faster, better, with reduced risks. We build AI first products, and automate manual work, freeing up our customers time and accelerating their businesses.
You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday. This is your opportunity to build at the pace of innovation of a startup, while backed by the enormous support and impacting Workday's incredible customer base of 70M+ users.

About the Role

This role isn't a traditional Product Manager. It is part high-level Product Strategy, part Solutions Architecture, and part "Client Whisperer." Your mission is to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI Workday Contracts Management powered by Evisort, and the real-world customer environment, ensuring our global enterprise customers understand, trust, and adopt our product.

As a Product Manager - Evisort AI, you won't just be building features; you'll be defining how AI is positioned, demo'ed, and evaluated. You will act as a thought partner to both our internal teams and our enterprise customers, helping them navigate one of the biggest shifts in legal history: evaluating the ROI of AI and mapping its impact across complex practice areas. This is a high-impact, strategic role meant for someone who thrives in the "calm in the storm" and enjoys bringing structure to the ambiguity of emerging tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Activation Strategy: Define the global strategy for activating AI agents. Set the bar for what great looks like in a technical evaluation and ensure Product and Sales are perfectly aligned.

  • Demo & POC Innovation: Shape how AI proofs-of-concept are approached. Partner with Solutions Consulting to ensure demos aren't just "cool," but are credible, repeatable, and tied to real customer questions.

  • The Voice of the User: Act as the primary feedback loop. Translate field experience and client "pain points" into structured insights that directly inform product development and roadmap priorities.

  • Narrative & Value Definition: Define the technical narrative. Clarify AI differentiation and known limitations to ensure our messaging supports a credible, honest, and high-value customer evaluation.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner deeply with Solutions Architecture and Enterprise Architecture leadership to evolve our activation approach as our AI maturity grows.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Credibility: AI agents are represented with confidence and accuracy across all pre-sales engagements and post-sales implementations.

  • Impact: Evisort/Workday drives meaningful revenue impact through increased attach rates, expansion, net-new wins, and customer retention.

  • Adoption: Customers don't just buy the AI; they successfully adopt and use it post-sale because it was scoped correctly from day one.

  • Influence: You are the "calm, credible presence" that helps lawyers and engineers speak the same language.

About You

You come from a world of complex problem-solving, and you've never been content with the status quo. You are tech-curious and product-savvy-you don't need to be a coder, but you must be passionate about navigating technical conversations around generative AI and technology implementation. You care deeply about quality but don't get stuck in perfectionism; you get things done and iterate until they are world-class.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management and/or GTM implementation, defining, launching, and iterating on impactful SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Computer Science, Law) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Industry Context: A background in law or legal tech, with experience at a top-tier firm, in-house legal team, or a disruptive legal-tech venture.

Other Qualifications

  • Business Influence & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to exert significant influence across product teams and executive leadership to drive alignment.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: A master of "translating" across disciplines-effectively leading Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver complex strategies.

  • Customer Empathy & Advocacy: Deep experience in identifying "thorny" operational problems and translating them into impactful product solutions.

  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" of the legal business and how emerging technologies will improve existing processes.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Solid skills in using data analysis to derive actionable insights, prioritize roadmaps, and measure the success of AI initiatives.

  • Ambiguity Management: Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments while juggling multiple high-stakes relationships

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.

At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.

Are you being referred to one of our roles? If so, ask your connection at Workday about our Employee Referral process!
