Job description

Established General Contractor specializing in Insurance Restoration and REO/Bank Owned Renovation seeks self motivated & detail oriented Apprentice/Driver. Company is fast paced, and ability to multi task necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, employee performs skilled work involving labor and light carpentry.

Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service

Employee must be able to complete and submit all necessary correspondence for work that is completed.

General Remodeling Skills (not limited to):

Insulation, drywall work, light plumbing, light electrical, painting and finishing, tile work, roofing, siding, trim, and ladder work

Minor plumbing

Minor electrical

Painting

Carpet

Window replacement

Minor roof repair

Gutter repair

Drywall installation and repair

Minor tile repair

Repair garages

Cement repair

Cabinets installations

Appliance installation

Trim Carpentry (Base Moldings, Case Moldings, Crown Molding)

Interior Doors and Locks

Toilet Install or Repair Renovation

Clean up and debris removal

Repairs in low level areas/crawl spaces

The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
