You will be responsible for developing the strategy and executing the work for our Large Loss commercial and residential projects. You will also provide project direction and updates to all involved parties.

  • 7 + years of Commercial and Residential Water Mitigation/Mold Experience

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall coordination and execution of large loss mitigation projects.
  • Negotiate and contract scope of work with trade partners.
  • Communicate daily with Large Loss Coordinator on project status, labor, and consumable usage.
  • Define project schedule and track drying progress.
  • Identify and resolve job-site challenges, to facilitate completion of mitigation.
  • Send daily written communication to all project stakeholders. Daily updates to include project progression and challenges.
  • Responsible for project quality controls and job site appearance.
  • Responsible for all job-site safety compliance.
  • Source labor and equipment, as needed, to execute projects.
  • Conduct weekly Team Meetings, per project, with respective project teams.
  • Complete hand-off to reconstruction teams, when necessary.
  • Head off problems before manifestation
  • Depending on workload, will assist Production Manager with day-to-day execution of residential work.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, as needed.
