Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Full-Time

Wake Forest / Franklin County, NC

In this role, youโ€™ll provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside a collaborative and supportive clinical team. Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Position Highlights

  • Pay: $40โ€“$43/hour
  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, daytime hours
  • On-Call Rotation: Once every 7 weeks
  • Weeknights: Monโ€“Thurs (5 PM โ€“ 8 AM)
  • Weekends: Satโ€“Sun (8 AM โ€“ 5 PM)
  • Weekend night call covered by Baylor RN
  • Territory: Wake Forest / Franklin County area
  • Structured 90-Day Orientation Program: Ride-alongs with experienced clinicians
  • Hands-on training and equipment support
  • Opportunity to complete early once comfortable

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and the plan of care
  • Assess and continuously reevaluate patient needs
  • Develop, implement, and adjust care plans as needed
  • Perform diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative procedures
  • Monitor, document, and report patient condition and response to treatment
  • Educate and support patients and their families on care needs and home health procedures

Requirements

  • Active RN license in North Carolina (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (Required)
  • Home Health experience strongly preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Reliable transportation with auto liability insurance
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
