Job description

About Us

Prrotect Roofing is a family-owned, locally operated roofing and exterior company proudly serving Lemay and the Greater South St. Louis region. We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutter replacement, delivering dependable craftsmanship paired with small-business service homeowners can trust.

With more than 250 verified five-star Google reviews, Prrotect Roofing is one of Missouri’s most highly rated exterior contractors, known for honesty, quality workmanship, and responsive communication. Due to continued growth across South County, we are hiring urgently for motivated, people-focused Outside Sales Executives who want to build a long-term, six-figure career while serving their local community with integrity.

If you’re outgoing, dependable, and driven by results—not pressure—this is a strong opportunity to grow with a company that invests in its people.

What You’ll Do
  • Run company-provided leads while also developing your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing
  • Perform roof and siding inspections for storm-related and retail projects
  • Prepare professional estimates and educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and insurance options
  • Meet with insurance adjusters to verify scopes and support fair claim outcomes
  • Build long-term customer relationships and referral partnerships in the Lemay area
  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, etc.)
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals, insurance agents, and contractors to grow referral pipelines
  • Request and manage 5-star Google reviews and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Assist homeowners with color selections, contracts, and project timelines
  • Participate in weekly team meetings focused on goals, accountability, and improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred but not required)

OR

  • 1-2 years of roofing, siding or construction experience (sales preferred but not required)

PLUS

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to clearly explain the insurance claims process
  • Physically capable of accessing and inspecting roofs
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Professional, ethical, and team-oriented
Performance Expectations
  • Generate monthly sales revenue based on personal sales targets
  • Maintain a closing ratio of 35% or higher
  • Balance production between company-provided and self-generated leads
  • Establish 10+ new referral relationships per month
  • Protect company margins through accurate and honest estimating
Compensation & Benefits
  • Modest base salary plus uncapped commission structure
  • Additional performance-based incentives and sales contests
  • Paid, comprehensive training program covering products, inspections, insurance, and sales systems
  • Some leads provided to support consistent opportunity flow
  • Ongoing coaching, technology, and marketing support
  • Opportunities for long-term growth and leadership advancement
  • Dedicated General Sales Manager/Coach to help you succeed with personalized strategies and mentorship

Why Prrotect Roofing
  • Locally owned and community-driven (not a franchise)
  • 250+ verified five-star Google reviews
  • Strong reputation and ethical sales culture
  • Supportive, family-style team environment
  • Clear expectations, achievable goals, and real earning potential
  • Ability to leverage referrals and sales in multiple verticals
Join Our Team

If you’re ready to join a growing company that values people, accountability, and quality work, we’d love to meet you. We are hiring immediately for qualified candidates in the St. Louis region.
