  • Lead post-migration stabilization efforts, proactively identifying and mitigating risks resulting from large-scale data and user migrations
  • Fine-tune Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and security policies, balancing strong protection with business usability
  • Manage Context-Aware Access (CAA) policies
  • Troubleshoot complex access and security issues
  • Administer and optimize identity and access management
  • Lead Chrome Enterprise browser and extension management, including deployment, configuration, and governance across devices
  • Manage and support mobile device management (MDM) within Google Workspace, ensuring secure and compliant device access
  • Deploy and leverage GAM (Google Apps Manager), including secure setup, access control, and advanced administrative scripting
  • Analyze audit logs, access logs, and system activity to proactively surface risks and improve platform controls
  • Drive user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, and high-turnover environments)
  • Translate recurring support issues into systemic platform improvements and preventative controls

What You Will Bring
  • 8+ years of hands-on Google Workspace administration, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale environments
  • Proven experience solutioning complex and ambiguous technical challenges
  • Experience managing and sustaining post-go-live issues across thousands of users
  • Deep expertise in:

    • Identity and access management, including Context-Aware Access
    • Advanced troubleshooting across collaboration, access, and data environments
  • Strong experience managing Chrome Enterprise environments, including extension deployment and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with GAM, including secure implementation and advanced administrative use cases
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation to support scalable administration

What You Can Expect
