Key Skills required for this role:

  • Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration experience
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Scripting for automation (JavaScript, Python, GAM)
  • Experience with security configurations



Role Overview

As a Google Workspace Engineer, you will manage and optimize our Google Workspace environment, ensuring seamless operations and robust security. This role is pivotal in supporting enterprise IT systems, driving automation, and collaborating with InfoSec to strengthen security posture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Google Workspace: Manage user lifecycle, group policies, and app settings (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Gemini, Notebook LM).
  • Resolve IT Issues: Handle ServiceNow tickets promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Enhance Security: Implement security configurations and collaborate with InfoSec teams.
  • Drive Innovation: Introduce AI and automation for efficiency and predictive analytics.


Required Skills & Experience
