Job description

Do you love bringing ideas to life at the intersection of art and technology?
We’re looking for Technical Designers to join our fast-growing casino gaming team in both Las Vegas and Southern California. This role is all about bridging the gap between creativity and development—taking bold game concepts and making them production-ready experiences that players love.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Designer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with artists, animators, and developers to shape the next generation of casino gaming. Your day-to-day could include:

  • Creating polished game mockups that showcase new features and experiences.
  • Designing particles, animations, and VFX that bring gameplay to life.
  • Building optimized 3D models and textures ready for production.
  • Assisting creatives with drawing and refining game elements.
  • Transforming early concepts into game-ready assets that run smoothly.
  • Partnering with developers to ensure designs are functional, optimized, and achievable in the engine.

Tools You’ll Use

We want someone comfortable working across design and dev environments, including:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Spine (2D skeletal animation)
  • HTML / CSS for UI work and layout tweaks
  • 2D & 3D art production pipelines
  • File optimization for real-time performance

(✨ Bonus: Coding or scripting experience will make you stand out!)

What We’re Looking For

This role is a fit if you are:

  • problem solver who thrives on making the impossible possible.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating across multiple teams.
  • Quick to pick up new tools and processes.
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate fast.
  • Organized enough to manage multiple projects and accurately estimate timelines.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Game Art & Design, or Game Development
  • 4+ years of experience in Gaming, Design, Marketing, Advertising, Publishing, or Animation.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and game-ready asset production.
  • HTML / CSS knowledge; coding or scripting a plus.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a production role — it’s your chance to shape how our games look, feel, and perform. You’ll be at the crossroads of art and engineering, making sure our concepts don’t just look amazing on paper but also deliver a seamless player experience.

If you’re ready to blend creativity, technical skill, and problem-solving into work that’s fun, challenging, and seen by thousands of players—this is the role for you.
