ServiceNow Developer
Preference is hybrid in Miami, FL but will accept remote for a rockstar
6 month contract
seeking a Service Developer to join our dynamic technology team. This role will focus on developing, enhancing, and maintaining backend services that support RBI's portfolio of iconic brands, including Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance services that drive customer-facing and internal applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services to support RBI's digital platforms and restaurant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and system integrations to support seamless data flow across RBI's ecosystem.
• Monitor service performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and provide support to internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on service development and API integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
