) Registered Nurse (RN) - Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center
Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, an 186-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care.
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide top-notch care to our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus available! Weekly pay ranges from $42 to $47 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Openings, including an every other weekend rotation, include:
  • 16 hours on 7a-3p
  • 40 hours on 7a-3p
  • 16 hours on 3p-11p
  • 24 hours on 3p-11p
  • 40 hours on 3p-11p
  • 16 hours on 11p-7a
  • 24 hours on 11p-7a

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
  • Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care.
  • Render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders.
  • Transcribe physician's orders promptly and accurately.
  • Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
  • Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list.
  • Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary.

Requirements:
  • At least a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing or college.
  • Must be CPR certified.
  • Must have a current and active RN license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one.
