• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis management strategies and behavioral interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as prescribed by the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community organizations to facilitate access to comprehensive support services.
• Establish and sustain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and advance the organization’s mission within our service area.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local and state agencies, promoting our programs and exploring potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and statewide meetings, to stay at the forefront of mental health practices.
• Promote and integrate the agency’s mission and values in all interactions and engagements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team goals and objectives.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Possession of an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license, with the capability to provide telehealth services.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for a range of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and tracking client progress.
