About the Role

As a member of the FP&A team you will report to FP&A leadership, supporting our Business Operations team and CFO by providing analytics, reporting, oversight of financials, and performance measurements across the company.
This FP&A Analyst II plays a critical role in driving financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision making by developing budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Working cross functionally across the company, you'll transform complex financial data into actionable insights that support the company's strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management.
  • Experience in a finance-related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis.
  • Experience collecting data from several sources, performing analysis, and communicating data.
  • Experience with advanced features in Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.).
  • Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in financial operations, cost management, accounting, or contract financial analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and communicate findings effectively
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with proven data analysis capabilities
  • Certifications: CPA, CFA, or FP&A.
  • Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis best practices.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
  • Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and/or public auditing policies, labor rate composition.

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$76,388.00 - $105,054.50
Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
