Job description

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will embed with cross-functional business teams across supply chain, trade, manufacturing, and finance to deliver data solutions within Palantir Foundry. You will partner with business stakeholders, data professionals, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable data products that drive operational and strategic decision-making. You will build data pipelines, support Ontology development, and contribute to operational applications while continuously expanding your technical and business expertise in a fast-paced environment.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and contribute to solution design across supply chain, trade, manufacturing, and finance.
  • Develop, test, maintain, and improve data pipelines and transformations using Python, SQL, and PySpark within Palantir Foundry.
  • Support the design and implementation of Ontology Objects, Links, Actions, and Interfaces that accurately represent business processes and data relationships.
  • Build and support Workshop applications, artificial intelligence powered workflows, and operational data products that enable business users to make informed decisions.
  • Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and monitoring solutions to help ensure trusted and reliable data assets.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and improve overall pipeline performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, data scientists, analysts, and platform engineers to deliver scalable solutions and strengthen engineering best practices.
  • Document solutions and support knowledge sharing to promote maintainability and operational excellence.
  • Continuously develop expertise in Palantir Foundry, Ontology design, artificial intelligence capabilities, and business processes to solve increasingly complex business problems.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with SQL and Python.
  • Experience building and supporting data pipelines and data transformations.
  • Familiarity with PySpark or distributed data processing technologies.
  • Understanding of data modeling fundamentals and data lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting data issues and improving data pipeline reliability.
  • Strong communication skills with experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity for learning new technologies and business domains.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry in a production environment preferred.
  • Exposure to Ontology concepts, Workshops, operational applications, or similar data product frameworks preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, manufacturing, trade, finance, or consumer packaged goods business processes preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$73,600-$109,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
