We’re looking for a Field Engineer who wants to step into a high‑impact role supporting large‑scale structured cabling and OSP projects. • Lead technical execution for structured cabling and OSP work
• Review drawings, cable schedules, BOMs, and project specs
• Perform testing, verification, inspections, and punch‑list closeout
• Support project managers with technical guidance throughout the lifecycle
• Conduct site walks, identify constraints, and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to ensure alignment
• Serve as the technical liaison between field operations and GC
• Provide input on materials, procurement, and constructability
• Support training, best practices, and quality initiatives

• OSP experience (required)
• Fiber optic cable
• Cable construction
• BOM reading
• Procurement

Plus:

• Experience with data centers
• Understanding of fiber types and alternative materials
• Material procurement (including Meta‑approved materials)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
