Job Title: Field Engineer

Job Description

This Field Engineer position supports construction projects across the country, with a focus on electrical systems within the construction and oil and gas sectors. The role involves working onsite for extended rotations, ensuring that field engineering activities are executed safely, accurately, and in alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work onsite at construction projects across the country, supporting day-to-day field engineering activities.
  • Apply field engineering practices to support construction and electrical work, particularly within the oil and gas sector.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure that construction and electrical tasks follow project specifications and standards.
  • Monitor field conditions and report any issues, risks, or deviations from plans to the appropriate project personnel.
  • Support the implementation of construction plans, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and quality expectations.
  • Assist with technical problem-solving in the field, helping resolve construction or electrical issues as they arise.
  • Document field activities and maintain accurate records related to construction and engineering work.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by following site safety procedures and promoting safe work practices.
