Principal Accountabilities

  • Primary function Program and operate Tipper Tie with correct specs for products being produced
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems
  • Will do machine set-up, tear down, and style changes
  • Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
  • Maintain line efficiencies and line speed for employees assigned to that line
  • Must be able to rotate within the departments and other departments
  • Work on the line as needed
  • Conduct PMs
  • Be able to fix small breakdowns

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to lift 40 1lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills
  • Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone
  • Also, requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling and recording weights from scales
  • Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
  • Must stay until the shift end to teardown and clean
  • Must have good basic math skills
  • Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
