Contract factory workers often face challenges such as adapting quickly to new work environments, learning multiple processes, and maintaining productivity under tight deadlines. Since assignments can vary, flexibility and a willingness to learn are crucial for success. Building strong communication with supervisors and co-workers can help clarify expectations and ease transitions between different teams or shifts.
