The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Work you'll do/Responsibilities  

  • Configure Epic OpTime workflows, including case scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation, and anesthesia records.
  • Translate surgical and operating room workflows into Epic system functionality.
  • Design configurations that support clinical safety, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, ICD-10, and audit-trail standards.
  • Customize decision tables, user roles, security settings, and operating room resource configurations.
  • Partner with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to validate workflows and optimize system performance.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, implementation, and end-user readiness for OpTime enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Epic OpTime certification
  • 4+ years of recent experience in OpTime application build and maintenance
  • Experience with building surgical scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation and anesthesia records
  • Experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
  • Must be able to support Pacific time zone hours

Qualifications Preferred

  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $91,100 to $179,500.
