Role Description The Wood Truss Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Markle, IN, responsible for designing efficient and structurally sound wood truss systems for a variety of building projects. On a day-to-day basis, the designer interprets architectural and structural drawings, creates truss layouts and designs using specialized design software, and prepares accurate drawings and material lists for production. The role involves coordinating with sales, production, and installation teams to clarify project requirements, address design challenges, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of truss packages. The Wood Truss Designer also collaborates with customers and contractors to answer technical questions, provide design options, and support value-engineering solutions while adhering to building codes and company standards.

Qualifications
