# Project Controller / Project Accountant / Site Admin
Location: Lebanon, Indiana (On-Site)

## About the Role
Sideworx Connect is sourcing candidates for three key project support positions on a major construction project based in Lebanon, Indiana. These roles are
on-site, embedded directly with the project management team and run through the end of 2027.
We are looking to fill:
Project Controller
Project Accountant
Site Administrator
Candidates will be considered for the position that best matches their experience and qualifications. All three roles are integral to keeping the project on budget, on schedule, and fully compliant a" working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and corporate finance.

## Roles & Responsibilities
### Project Controller
Own project cost tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting
Develop and maintain project budgets in coordination with the PM team
Manage change order logs, commitment tracking, and earned value analysis
Produce regular financial status reports for project leadership and stakeholders
Identify cost risks and drive corrective action with the PM team
Ensure financial controls and reporting align with corporate and client requirements
### Project Accountant
Process project-related invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments
Reconcile project accounts and maintain accurate general ledger entries
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes specific to the project
Coordinate with accounts payable/receivable and corporate finance teams
Track and report on project cash flow, accruals, and commitments
Assist the Project Controller with cost reporting and budget updates
### Site Administrator
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the on-site project management team
Manage document control a" filing, version tracking, and distribution of project documents
Coordinate site logistics: meetings, scheduling, visitor management, and correspondence
Maintain site records including timesheets, daily reports, safety logs, and purchase orders
Support procurement and subcontract administration as required
Act as the central point of contact for site communications and general office operations

## What We're Looking For
Project Controller / Project Accountant
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation or in progress is an asset)
3a"7+ years of project accounting or cost controls experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or energy sectors
Proficiency with project management and accounting software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar)
Strong Excel skills; experience with earned value management is an asset
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cost streams simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site construction environment
Site Administrator
2a"5+ years in an administrative or document control role, ideally on a project site
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with document management systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex, SharePoint) is an asset
Professional communication skills a" written and verbal
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision in a field environment
