Their role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of EHR deployment, including workflow analysis, staff training, data migration, and system testing. They work closely with stakeholders such as IT teams, clinicians, and vendors to ensure the EHR system meets clinical and regulatory requirements. • Ability to properly scope requirements, identify tasks, and determine the level of effort.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical decisions and their rationales to business unit stakeholders and development teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment (experience working in an international environment desired).
  • Experience with Workforce Management, Payroll, or HRIS systems strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, backlogs, and timelines independently as a self-managing team player.

This is a full-time position.

The salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000 (USD), depending on experience.

This role reports directly to the Director of Implementation, US.

Travel will be required approximately 10% of the time.

  • Competitive salary within the stated range.
  • The opportunity to drive critical projects for a high-growth, innovative company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment.
