To thrive as a Contract EDI Analyst (Remote), you need a strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards, data mapping, and transaction processing, typically supported by a degree in information technology or related field. Familiarity with EDI translation software (like Gentran or Sterling Integrator), ERP systems, and knowledge of industry-specific EDI documents is essential.
