Job Description
  • Provide commercial and contractual support for multiple projects (including international projects), coordinating with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Support contract strategy, negotiations, and preparation of legally binding agreements in cooperation with sales and project teams.
  • Manage contractual risks, claims, bonds, guarantees, insurance, and flow‑down of key terms to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor budgets, payments, retentions, documentation, and contractual milestones, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare and defend claims, draft formal correspondence, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support training on contractual compliance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a comparable commercial/contract management role on industrial or construction projects, with EP/EPC/service contracts.
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and business acumen, including project structures, negotiations, and claim/assertion management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex issues, risks, and claims independently, including litigation or dispute-related matters.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure across multiple assignments.
  • Experience in multinational and cross‑cultural environments; fluency in English required, with additional languages or legal background as a plus.
