The Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery (SPM) will oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.


  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
  • Is the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.
  • Manages the Project Budget and understands and can execute the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
  • Manages and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.
  • Oversees the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs.
  • Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.
  • Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations.
  • Oversee the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public. Understands the importance of this document as a Safety and Contract Document.
  • Oversees the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones. Understands the importance of this document as a Contract Document.
  • Ensures accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms.
  • Ensures the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan, including proper documentation to the client and all Subcontractors / Vendors.
  • Ensures the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution is maintained and executed with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensures Agendas and Meeting Minutes from all regular project meetings with the team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client are created and distributed.
  • Communicates and manages mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership.
  • Works seamlessly with the leadership of all divisions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and the Companies energy goals.
  • Participates in industry organizations and looks for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals.
  • Manages and develops all Project Managers.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
  • Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.

  • 40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
