Job Description

Meeting and greeting visitors to the Mt. Olive, New Jersey MARS Location. 

Distributing visitor badges, directing visitors and guests

Ensuring compliance with Security and general office policies and protocols-recognizing and escalating exceptions

Receiving various one-off deliveries

Answering a multiple-line phone, taking messages/transferring calls 

Performing supporting administrative and miscellaneous day to day tasks. 


Qualifications

Good communication and Problem Solving Skills 

Strong Command of the English Language

Prior Reception experience desired

Basic office PC skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc)

Ability to multi task 

Neat and Professional Appearance 

Professional and approachable demeanor

Previous Switchboard experience helpful but not necessary
