Assignment:Contracts Administration Specialist
Key Responsibilities:Review invoices for compliance with riles on cost reimbursement for architecture and engineering contracts
Required Skills and Qualifications:Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets of numbers and understanding percentages. Good customer service skills, good writing skills in particular.
Location: Downtown Seattle-Mostly remote: Must be on-site for a monthly on-site meeting.
Duration: 5 months:Start Date: March 1, 2026; End Date: August 31, 2026
Pay: $40.95 per hour
