Desktop Support

Location: Queens Village, NY (Onsite) Duration: 6 months Contract

Competencies: Mobile - Swift(iOS) Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops

Role Description:

  • Experience with VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware Horizon).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Exposure to cloud-based EUC services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in EUC support and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 11, macOS, and mobile OS platforms.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, VMware AirWatch).
  • Familiarity with SCCM MECM or similar tools for patching and software deployment.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
